Dioskurio is the bridge between Georgia’s ancient echoes and the modern dance floor. Rooted in the sacred traditions of Georgian polyphonic singing and church chanting, his music breathes new life into old-world sounds, weaving organic textures into powerful, melodic grooves.
His identity is inseparable from his heritage. The name Dioskurio is a tribute to Dioscuria, the ancient name for his home city of Sokhumi, originally part of the historic Kolkhi Kingdom. Sokhumi has been occupied by Russia since the war in 1993 - a reality that fuels his mission to keep the spirit of his homeland alive. Through his production, Dioskurio ensures that these historical vocal and instrumental spirits remain heard and felt across the world.
Beyond the studio, he is a driving force in the Georgian electronic scene as the founder of DreamWood Records and a co-founder of the DreamWood Festivals, dedicated to cultivating a space where nature, culture, and music converge.
