30 year old Colombian producer Diego Orjuela has dedicated himself to creating a unique brand of Bass Techno that focuses on blending the sounds of retro synthpop with the innovative feels of the modern Deep House/Techno scene. Growing up DarkCat fell in love with the sounds of Depeche Mode and DaftPunk and found inspiration in the music of the 80’s and 90’s; he began combining elements of these styles with the sexy feel of the Colombian Dance scene and he became DarkCat.
