Born in Paignton, I have lived in Torbay for most of my life and been with Riviera FM since its launch. I always feel lucky and proud to be part of the great team here at Torbay’s community radio station.

A prominent feature of my weekly Thursday show on Riviera FM is The Recovery Hour. A different aspect of recovery from drug and alcohol problems is covered each week with guests who are involved in recovery projects or are going through recovery themselves.

We confront some of the stigmas, myths and stereotypes attached to dependency and look at success stories involving real people to inspire those facing similar problems.
