Vasilis Papazafeiropoulos is a visual artist and DJ hailing from Patras, Greece. Better known as Desire is Suffering, his practice explores impulsive desires, pain, sexuality and gender variance. Over the last years, he has been breaking down the barriers that exist in Patra’s blossoming queer community, providing safe spaces to dance and express oneself with conviction.
