Def Jefferson is a DJ from Delft (Holland). His sound is best described as energetic, deep, emotional and percussive house music with nice flavors of (minimal) techno. He played in venues like Waterfront (R’dam), De Bootleg (R’dam), Speakers (Delft), Bazart (Den Haag), The Jail (Curacao) and many more.

In the early nineties, Def Jefferson got in touch with house music. It was love at first sight.
He went to different venues and festivals in several countries to meet other like-minded people and to see and hear his favorite dj’s and live-acts and to discover new ones.

After buying two turntables and a mixer Def started purchasing dance records. In the following years Def Jefferson (at that time known as Denn=) did a lot of dj-gigs in the local underground scene and became one of Delft’s most frequently asked dj’s. In the second half of the nineties Def Jeff
