Lucky for me, I was living in Belgium, New-beat was around, and I was too young ( maybe) the Carrera club closed, and the Boccaccio opens, I was still in 80'S Electro mode!
I discovered some interesting mixes of old Futurist tunes with a new harder beat (thank you Belgium)
came back to the UK, they had this thing called rave, ok a field is a field and if the tunes are great, I'm happy, BUT clubs are more my style than fields.
Returned back to Belgium, where I have to say my heart is, so many great clubs and people, Boccaccio, Cherry-moon, Balmoral, la Rocca, cafe Danvers and so many others.
so my mixes are a thank you to all the people and places I spent a great deal of night, days in, with some great people! .................................forgot to mention the 55 was a bit soft but great people!, oh and the Villa x
