Dean Doughty aka “R3set” is a DJ/A&R who started his career in the music business back in late 1990. Dean began spinning records at the age of 13 and grew up through many different music cultures in London. As a child, listening to all different genres of music and learning the music business from recording rights through to publishing rights…..In 2000 Dean entered a DJ competition which was judged by London capitals Kiss fm, this competition was out of 500 DJ's, after 12 heats, Dean was crowned the winner.....
