My name is djdavidkush and I have been playing house music since 80’s.

In 1978 I started mixing using a Technics cassette player and pause button rocking break beats. I guess then I was looping beats and didn’t even know it.

Early 80’s I got a pair of Sl 210 belt drive turntables and Numark mixer and I was djing parties at 15 rockin Freestyle music (the drama lol).

Out of high school I started chillin in downtown NYC and there is where I heard club music (the year was 1982), shit changed my life forever.

For myself back then club and house were kind of interchangeable some of house music roots are rooted in disco.

Fast forward to now, after all these years, plain and simple, I LOVE TO PLAY HOUSE!

I lean mostly towards soulful, gospel (you don’t even know I’m playing it half the time lol), bumpy and club/disco classics and remixes; just about any kind of house music that is rockin can make it on my play list.
