Heavy Covers

I was fascinated by a video track I saw on Facebook by Disturbed, the Heavy Metal band. The track was from their latest album full of heavy metal tracks, but included a wonderful ballad cover of The Sound of Silence. Taken alone the track is an unusual addition to this bands album, but on hearing it with the video it falls into place. Catch it if you can . . . it’s a remarkable video.
Seeing and hearing this cover, I thought it would be fun to put together some tracks by other ‘heavy’ bands of ‘cover’ tracks.
OK . . . so Club de Belugas is not heavy metal, but it’s a great cover. . Enjoy

Also put together a SOFT Cover album for those quieter moments when we need to chill out
