The Occupy movement began in Egypt, Tahir Sqaure. For me it began in London where i went to my first major protest on March 26th. After which around thirty of us occupied with a 'lawful rebellion occupation' camp in Hyde Park. We held it for four days then when we were evicted from Hyde park a group of around twenty set up a flash mob "occupation" in Trafalgar square for 24 hours on Saturday and Sunday. This was maintained for 16 weeks and for 9 of these weeks I was a negotiator between the Police and the the Greater London Authority. The first one was on the Saturday 3rd April 2011.
