Being into music since his childhood when he studied singing of scales and viola in the Madrid Music Conservator, it is in electronic music in which David Mariscal finds the best way to express himself, attracted from the combination of technique and pure creativity.
Since 1997, David Mariscal starts out as a dj. His solid musical background and his talent for electronic music take him to play regularly in key clubs all over Spain, being Dj resident of The Room and Gheizza, both of them very important clubs in Madrid. Later on he starts running some clubs and after clubs like the now closed Veracruz and Teleplay.
The need of finding the sound that he always looks for when selecting the music for his sets, leads David Mariscal to create his own music, focusing on production from then on. In his roots he colaborates with the Spanish record label Mimusik, in which he has some production works, soon after he releases also for the French Freak’n Chic and Frankie Records.
