I am a Pre-Med student at University of Houston, with ambitions of completing the M.D./Ph.D. program at Baylor Medical School in Nuclear Medicine and Radiology. My studies are focused towards a Major in Biological Sciences, a Minor in Chemistry, and I am a Certified Chemist with the American Chemical Society. I have conducted research on DNA degradation and analysis to determine its integrity in sperm cells as a practical experiment to assess infertility in men. I have also created a certification process for an Institutional Review Board (IRB) for the Advanced Fertility Center in Houston. I am an associate member of Alpha Epsilon Delta, serve as the Head of the Programming Committee within the InterFraternity Council and I am the current New Member Educator for the Sigma Chi Fraternity and stay actively involved in all of its relations, working hard to advance its interests, serving previously as the President, Treasurer, and more than 12 other leadership positions.
