I have to pay attention to what I'm thinking. My thinking determines my swimming or sinking. Either drown in the ocean or float on the sea. All that I am seeking is seeking me.

I'm Black and Native American. I'm 5'8", 140 lbs, black hair,brown eyes. I live, breathe and eat to write poetry and perform spoken word. Love good music; I like metaphysics and incorporate a lot of
Eastern philosophy in the way that I think. I practice yoga on a regular basis and I'm into permacuture and agriculture(growing my own food).
My views about politics and religion have always been the same: none-existent. What needs to be changed the most in the world is right where you are standing. We got here because we thought here.
