DAPARENTZ is a South Florida open-format DJ duo built on one rule: every set is live-mixed and never repeated. Ever.

DJ Dela and JØIBØI — two DJs, two roots, one sound. One grew up surrounded by a musical, multigenerational Puerto Rican household; the other spent years chasing genre-blurring sound design across South Florida. Friends jokingly started calling them "mom and dad," and DAPARENTZ was born from there.

Live since May 2026, they've already brought their blend of Hip Hop, R&B, Latin, Caribbean rhythms, Garage, Disco House, and Minimal Tech House to venues across Miami and Fort Lauderdale — weddings, quinceañeras, private events, nightlife, and corporate functions.

No pre-recorded sets. No repeats. Just two roots, one sound, built for the room in real time.
