Music has always been an integral part of Dan Rese's life. At the early age of 10, he was introduced to the Synthesizer, and from that moment on, he has been fascinated with music, especially those made with synths. Shortly after, he started to rummage through his family's music collection, which exposed him to a wide variety of musical influences, such as Michael Jackson, Pink Flloyd, and Black Sabbath. Dan soon realized that "music can make you do things that other art forms just cannot."
When fifteen years old, Dan Rese bought a set of beat up turntables and a second rate mixer from an old pawn shop in his home town in New York. Although he didn't have the best equipment, he entered the world of DJing and had taught himself to mix records. After a year of wrestling with his fickle decks, he stepped up to the big league, and purchased a pair of Technic 1200s. The rest is history!
