This is how I do when I do, so you can feel the groove... I am a DJ not a producer, hence the art of the mix is my focus, selecting tracks that make your soul smile in hopes of enhancing their individual beauty through creative and lengthy mixing. I mix by ear only and I prefer an old school style of blending and overlapping of tracks, mixing as deep as possible with both tracks on the front and back sides of the drop.
I will mix and do listen to many different styles of Electronic Dance Music(the umbrella of all Electronic genres .:. Sorry kids, EDM is not by itself a genre), House(most sub genres), Funky House, Breaks, & DnB, Techno & Tech House, etc, etc; however, I get a few more chills from the broken beat, particularly Old Skool Breaks, Jungle, and the almighty Drum N Bass!
