DaniVersaL (Daniel Agullo) performed as DJ from 1986 to 2008. He was Djing music from 3 different decades, from 80’s Disco to House Music in several clubs of Barcelona. He retired after 7 years being the resident DJ of Universal, one of the most famous clubs of Barcelona in the beginning of this new century. In 2005 he represented Spain in the Corona World DJ contest, as best resident DJ of Spain.

In 1988 he met “Joan Caramba” and played together as JDDJ&friends, one of the most wanted DJ duos of the 90s in Barcelona’s night clubs. JDDJ&friends were the first DJs in Barcelona to fill the Monumental (Barcelona´s bullfighting arena) 5 times (1990 to 1994) with more than 15.000 people, in the biggest parties of those times.

Despite playing house music for a large part of his career, his passion is the music of the 80s (Pop, Italo Disco and early House Music).

10 years after his last set in Universal, DaniVersaL will now spread again his talent thanks to Mixcloud.
