D3FCON 1 (read Defcon 1) is a parallel music project created in 1991 by the Brazilian Graphic Designer and professional cartoonist Daniel HDR. On D3FCON 1, Daniel HDR creates some electronic sound textures and rhythmic combinations (using his background as comic book/video games concept artist and knowledge as music producer) without any pretension, just for fun. Some of his music have been used by him as his art videos and streaming on his YouTube and Twitch channels, including live performances (developing new material or DJ sets). Aside some indie videogame soundtracks.
