In the 1970 I moved to Hawaii and started Jupiter Juice. a natural foods and fresh juice company that specialized in "ultimate food ". consciously prepared nutritious and delicious foods that I distributed throughout Honolulu's Kakaako district.

In the 1980's... I worked primarily as a nutrition manager managing the vitamin departments in health-food stores from, Anchorage to Chicgo, Ill. to Carrboro, North Carolina.
