RULES :
1. you WILL have a"*warning* if you dont show up on your ft. If it happens twice, you WILL be BLAKCLISTED ****
2. I dont charge late fees as long as I dont need to rush to go somewhere else, but if I have to and your late, late fees will be charged (see below for more info about late fees)
3. some people asks me to reserve for an item but they dont end up buy and I miss other chances of selling the item, so once someone else is interested in the item too, you will have to scheduel a ft within a week, if not, the item wont be reserved anymore
