I am a safety officer for ten years. I believe that there is enough room for my mind's creativity in the industry. We live in a culture where art is acquired through study and observation and is put up high on a pedestal, but the daily grind of mastering the art of giving instructions is treated as a base and rudimentary. Most people like us do not see any difference between art and teaching on billboards because they are both a form of creativity. Did you not know the stickers on a painting? They are a middle ground between arts and crafts. Kids often play with stickers on craft papers to express themselves. How many of us genuinely encourage our kids to do just that? We know that craft is good for our kids, but we always wish if the kid has the same enthusiasm for studies. So, allow yourself to use it generously in whatever form of creativity that you crave.
