Montreal, Canada
DJ Cynful is a Montreal-based Mexican Canadian DJ with a soft spot for strong female vocals, unexpected drops, and everything sequin.
Raised in a multicultural household, her sound was shaped by the strumming of her dad’s guitar and the boleros he sang that filled the house mixed with the Donna Summer records spinning on her mom’s turntable. Those early influences are what make her sets vibrant, joyful, and unmistakably her own.
High-energy, heart-led, and impossible to ignore, Cynful lives for that instant when the beat drops and the music takes over.
