Tony (aka DJ Cymatic) first got his taste for club land back in the days of the Hacienda, this being the first club he set foot in. ”I didn’t really think to much of it at first to be honest. At that time I had little understanding of what was going on there”. At this time his main influences were the likes of New Order, Jonny L, Acen, Prodigy & 808 State amongst others. It was in his youth, whist listening to pirate radio stations around Manchester that he was introduced to, as it was called than, ‘Rave’ music. “The fusion of orchestral strings with breaks & beats was quality & I still dig the classics out today for my own audio gratification”.
Tony can be found playing at a number of locations around the UK. With regular slots at a number of events including, Fuzzy Logic @ The Music Box & his new residencies Neoteric, Sundown Session and The Clubvibes radio show on Pulse Radio, he’s hard to miss.
