hello to all, my name well is above. a little about myself....i take care of my grandmother 24hrs five days a week. so that means i cant do anything during the weekdays....so sorry.i play guitar and write songs i would say im any good at it but its a passion of mine that i really should focus more on. i have a boston terrier named gizmo he is the illest of all gods creations. i also like too surf but havent been able too in three years. i will get back out there. mainly surf ocean beach as i cant get enough of that spot.

i jog constantly and have been able too lose seventy pounds and keep it off since 2008. this i am very proud of and you will hear me talk about it all the time.....its annoying i know. i am the type of person that cant sit still. i probably have adhd but never diagnosed. by that i mean always doing something, dont care what as long as i am being productive. if you know me then you know my mind is a very interesting place. i tend to jump off subject all the time
