I am a professional public speaker, consultant, and coach. I don't want to just see people, we help people feel S.E.E.N. We specialize in people--in businesses, non profits, churches, and schools. We partner with organizations to help them with their people problems by helping teams thrive in 3 categories:

1) Live (doing your job)
2) Locker room (how we treat each other all the time)
3) Lab (where we go to get better; feedback, training, coaching)

We have partnered with multiple school districts to lead 424 sessions of Social Emotional Learning (SEL) conversations ranging from Kindergarten to 12th grade.
