I’ve been immersed in performing and presenting music on a grass-roots level since the late 70s, marked by a life-long commitment to community and social activism. From producing benefit concerts and events for political and social change organizations, helping put a community radio station on the air and producing radio programs in Kansas City (KKFI-FM), producing house and backyard benefits and concerts for folk musicians and singer-songwriters, and performing songs I write in small venues and around campfires from coast to coast, I live and breath music.
