Milton Keynes, United Kingdom
I've been involved in music since I was 15. Since then I've performed with many bands as lead vocalist. In 1978 I joined "Mother's Ruin" a rock band from North London. Over the next 6 years we toured and supported major bands including, Dire Straits, Motorhead & Ian Drury & The Blockheads to name a few. Released our first album "Road to Ruin" on the Spectra records label plus 4 singles. Band split 1984. After a few other bands, I then worked on cruise ships for 10 years. Returning I met up with M.R. guitarist Malcolm Jones. We now write songs for ourselves in our small garage studio under the name - Nathan-Jones. In 2017 our album "Road to Ruin" was digitised and re-issued by Sonic age records and is now available online. It not only looks better, but sounds better. I play a track from the album every now and then on my radio show which I started presenting 2018. It really is rewarding being on both sides of the fence. Mother's Ruin have played 2 reunion gigs 2015 & 2016.
