Originally hailing from Durban, South Africa Craig Shackleton AKA Craig Shacid began his journey into the creative world of electronic music and visual arts in 1999.

He has also played alongside international artists such as James Lavelle, Ettiene De Crecy and Paolo Mojo.
Currently based in Cape Town, he performs visuals as well as dj sets and more recently video mapping experiments.
His style includes various electronica ranging from ambient, breaks minimal-tech house, techno & progressive with a touch of psycadelia.
In 2007 he started promoting his own series of "Organica' events in Cape Town and has since gone on to play at local music festivals such as Earthdance CT, Vortex, Rezonance, Origin, Synergy & Fucha.

Together with his production partner Wayne Ellis-Lee, he forms half of the vj/audio-visual act: AFTERLIFE

In 2008, under his downtempo guise “Digital Lama” he released a 10 disc series through Soulcandi Records called Zen Chillout.
