le Cool & Ruff Sound a été créé en 2003 à Chartres par Kejahmin qui est rapidement rejoint par Kirk I. développant les connexions avec divers artistes et sound systems, ils multiplient les dates accompagnés de chanteurs mais aussi en juggling ou même en soundclash... le Cool & Ruff n'hésite pas à organiser les événements dans sa région grace à leur association Cool & Ruff Solidarité. Through relations with various artists and sound systems, Cool and Ruff played in a large series of events, juggling alone, backing artists or even in soundclashes!
