Conrad Soundsystem started in 2020 which definitely is not the best year to do that. Clubmusic was mostly heard inside our houses while outside a pandemic kept the actual clubs closed. We used this year to collect records, mixing them together during live streams, and we arranged our own studio space to start producing records which we are aiming to release in 2021.
Our passion for this collective is to discover, create and share mostly sample- and percussion-focussed clubmusic, inspired partially by the UK Jungle and Berlin rave scenes. On the other hand we're not shy to experiment with ambient, jazz, soul and disco in our dj-sets and productions. As long as it makes us move.
