Jesse grew up playing keyboards, during his younger years studied classical music and eventually took up Bass playing.
Already at the age of 16, became a professional studio and session musician. touring and recording with various artists, such as;
Sugar Blue (the Rolling Stones, Willie Dixon), Jonny Otis (Tower of Power, Santana), Bill Summers (Herbie Hancock), Willie Waldman (Snoop Dog),
Jesse James King (Tina Turner), Michele Koschorrek (Söhne Mannheims) Steven James (Ravi Shankar) and others.
During his 20`s progressed into programing electronic music, producing mainly Psychedelic Trance.
In recent years he performed under the name "Scope", since 2010 now performing under the name "Colorshape".
