Chris Newman AKA CJ Numun has been DJing for the last 25 years now. In the last 9 years Chris has gone back to his routes, DJing House, Tech House and Techno.

Chris has eclectic tastes and a passion for all types of dance music and is happy to DJ as D&B, UK Funky, Bass Music, House, Deep House, Tech House and Techno.

Chris was a resident DJ and promoter of London's best and longest running FREE D&B party, NU:Motion, under the DJ name of Thirst.

Affiliated to NU Directions record label and TRAP magazine, NU:Motion ran 9 years with DJ's such as Fabio, Grooverider, Bryan G, Need For Mirrors, Alix Perez, Lynx, Chris Inperspective and Kasra just to name a few.
