As a musician, one of my individual favorites is an original score for the "She-Boy-Gan Centennial March" created by neighborhood author Henry A. Maas for Sheboygan's 100th birthday parties in 1953. Mr. Maas was a popular and valued director, musician, and author whose music career spanned almost 7 decades. When he had not been included with his songs, Maas functioned as a superintendent at the Vollrath Company till his retired life in 1948.
