Chuck Grinnell is an accomplished composer, pianist, arranger, and accompanist. He learned other musicians' desires to express themselves by paying attention to their unique musical language during his career playing many musical styles.
This, he feels, is his chief attribute; playing in a stylistically open, fluid and free manner which matches and amplifies others textural presentations; joining the conversation.
He has directed stage plays, teaches piano, and serves as music director for the Unitarian Universalist Church of Fort Myers, Florida, and Temple Beth Shalom, a Synagogue. Chuck's interest in other cultures and language and his extensive travels influence his world music compositions and move him closer to “parity” with other musicians.
