Born and raised in Kitsap County, Christopher has been immersed in the world of Real Estate his entire life. His grandmother, June Wurden, started her own company in 1983 which successfully ran for 19 years. His mother, Irene Wurden obtained her real estate license the same year that Christopher was born and has been practicing for over 20 years. He knows how real estate works.

Christopher graduated in four years with Honors from the University of Washington, with two degrees; a degree in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resource Management and a degree in Psychology. He received the Annual Dean’s List award over three consecutive years, worked in multiple psychology labs, all while participating on the executive board in his university co-ed b
