I was born in Berlin, Germany on January, 17th, 1950, then raised in California from age two. I left home in 1964 at 14, to become a "Ken Kesey Acid-test Hippie". By early twenties, I'd learned to play guitar, bass, keyboards, and drums. Over the years I played guitar in several "all original garage bands". My long time friend and collaborator, Doug Cater III, was my drummer over the years. I overdubbed bass and keyboard parts on my multi-track recorder, so essentially, we were a "two man band". lately I've focused on the keyboards; working solo into the multi-track; using a drum machine; overlaying synthesizer samples sequenced with my keyboard riffs; and creating a "Psychedelic DJ" style of music. I've also written a book about my "psychedelic experiences" in the 1960's titled; "Autobiography of a Hippie"; you can check it out here;
