Raised in chilly Tasmania, Christopher Benson, AKA ‘DJ KYMAERA’, traded the natural wilderness for the urban jungle of Melbourne in 1999. He discovered the pounding rhythms of Drum n Bass soon after, and that began his obsession with collecting vinyl and making electronic music.

He began the crew “Oscillate’, hosting DnB/Bass events in Melbourne supporting local talent and bringing back the ‘down to earth’ party vibes. What can you expect from an Oscillate affair? The answer is a diverse range of great music, and a room filled with Melbourne underground culture enthusiasts, good people.
