Dave and I were asked to take a look at NSE 17 years ago. We couldn't imagine taking on one more thing! Dave, a very busy pediatrician and I, a full time real estate agent were busy raising our five teenagers. However, we found that after all of our hard work were were left with little time or money to pursue our dreams. The concept of leveraging our time and building a residual income captured our attention and imagination. NSE helped us realize our dreams of owning our own houseboat, providing college educations for our 5 children, and traveling the country while building a leveraged income business.
