I DJ'd in the Portland area for 17 years, mostly for the ecstatic dance community, & am one of the original founding members of Mindful Meltdown, an intentionally crafted mindful movement dance held on Wednesday nights in Portland since 2009. The intentions offered invited us to take a journey into authentic self-expression through the vehicle of music, to a place of surrender, self-awareness and the occasional liberation.
I've always had a profound love of music, with countless epiphanies on how it can shape, hold and nurture us, many times showing us exactly what we need. I love creating diverse soundscapes to take you on a journey that touches and liberates something deep inside. I now live outside Sedona, AZ am blessed to have been asked to be a regular DJ at Ecstatic Dance Sedona on Sun. mornings, and am honored to continue walking this path to hold sacred containers where people feel held & supported to feel free and safe enough to drop into their own purest and deepest dance.
