Hello! I'm Chef David, founder of The Trellis, where passion for grilling meets family-style cooking.
My journey began in my grandfather's backyard in the mid-1980s, watching him work magic on his charcoal grill. After culinary school and restaurant experience, I found my true calling: creating food that brings families together.
With four biological boys and three adopted girls at home, our dinner table is the heart of our family. My wife Sarah and I have spent years perfecting recipes that blend our diverse backgrounds into nutritious meals our children actually look forward to eating.
