I am an inveterate traveller. I think I got the travel bug when I was just 13 and I went on a magical 5 week sea voyage from the UK to Australia!
I have always loved sport – karate is a passion.
Keeping fit and healthy is so important. Especially as I get older I realise what a precious gift my good health is.
