One of the hardest things to do is to write a bio in the spur of the moment. Anyway, here goes and I hope it meets everyone’s expectations. I’ll just tell you about myself and my background the best I can and try not to bore you at the same time.
Being self employed, I wear many hats. One being in the Internet marketing field and the other is in the health and fitness industry. I work out at last five days a week and only eat healthy foods.
My main hobbies are biking, running, hiking and going to the gym. Some might not consider these to be hobbies but I do. Sweat and pain in the gym is what I live for; no pain, no gain. Lol
Some people experiment with drugs (I’ve never done this) but I experiment with different types of healthy foods and exercise techniques.
I hope to share some of these techniques with you in the near future. I have a lot to share and I’ve written many articles and several eBooks detailing my progress throughout the years.
