Sophie is the bouncy voice behind Changing Tune. Though she is just starting her career in radio, she is no stranger to lengthy interviews after hosting women in music podcast, Not A Groupie. She is a passionate chatterbox who loves boosting women and gender minorities, specifically in rock and metal.

As a woman in alternative music, she knows the trials and tribulations that they face on a day-to-day basis, she is using her platform to highlight the incredible talent that is often underrepresented and to talk about the female experience.

Over the past couple of years in her music activism, she’s had the pleasure of interviewing up-and-coming artists such as VUKOVI, BEX and As Everything Unfolds.
