When he is not busy working at one of the two restaurants where he is currently a resident chef, Chad Christian Clift can often be found sat at his laptop, typing out the recipes that he hopes will one day make him famous. He wants to bring his ideas about the fusion of Asian and Western cuisine to a larger audience, expanding culinary horizons in the process.
