Founder, President and CEO of Crystal Ball Music Group LLC (CB Music Group), A full-service marketing, promotions, brand development company. CB merged with Genaia Entertainment Group in 2003. Genaia was the brainchild of CEO and President, Debra Hughes. As President Ms. Hughes took CB from an unknown company to one of the largest Independent Marketing and Consulting companies working with Advertising Agencies in New York, Chicago, Dallas and Los Angeles. CB has sponsored various events from Billboard Music Awards to the NBA All Star weekend events.

Ms Hughes started out as an assistant to Chipper Branton of "Are You Experienced Productions" which controls the entire Jimmy Hendrix music library.
