Originally a disciplined student of classical music, CattScratch was well versed in the clarinet & saxophone. His love of music and dance had been instilled in him early in life. Any aspirations he had to continue in the classical vein vanished once he took a part time job DJing for a local company; Lou Jam Productions. At the age of 18 his love of the club scene was born. He is known for his high energy electro mixes, yet is making a name for himself by mixing multi-genres in one set. As a child of the 80's and a DJ of the 90's on, CattScratch was brought up by "Yo! MTV Raps" and witnessed the birth of EDM. With his love of 70's and early 80's disco and P-Funk, house music became his passion. CattScratch not only spins at clubs but has also done events for Ecko Unlimited, Hooters, Renagade Radio, and is a Radio Dance Party DJ for KUBE93 & KISS106FM.
