As a child of musicans and dancers, music has always been a part of my life . Ballet came first from my mother who was an instructor, along with lots of singing from my dad who was a performer in Milwaukee. Having older sisters. rock n roll entered my world early. The Beatles and Stones were my favorite bands in the sixties, I was lucky enough to see both bands several times. Moving to Denver got me close up and personal with country music and dance. When hip hop came on the scene, I danced in a group for seven years. Living in The Bay Area for 23 years, I experienced the best in music and dance. Then I was lead to Rhythm Sanctuary in Dever where I fell madly in love with Ecstatic Dance. Now living in Hawaii, I started Kohala Dance Jam in Hawi and DJ on our local radio show KNKR 96.1 fm/KNKR.org. I play an eclectic mix of upbeat, danceable music. This month I'm working with a non-profit bringing a once a month dance venue to our community to raise money for "Feed Hawaii".
