Catac has been in the DJ industry for about 3 years, yet she is already expanding moderately into production and remixing. She is committed to finding and keeping up with new and innovative music trends. This DJ has played at many different clubs around Cape Town and East London. These include: Club Eden, Beerhouse, Stones (Durbanville, Cape Gate and Stellenbosch), the Neelsie and Company Social Brassier, as well as at Lagoon Beach Hotel. One of her personal highlights was to DJ with Justin Vega twice, and another was to DJ at a few remarkable Silent Disco parties .
Catac is rocking about 4 gigs a week and hardly has time to “take it easy” but she likes it like that. She loves playing Hip-Hop, Tech-House, EDM, Pop, Oldies, Gqom and everything in-between. Catac’s forte roots in entertaining the crowd with popular turntable skills like beat mixing, live mash-ups and scratching. She loves to interact with the crowd and use the music to bring everyone to an elevated euphoric state.
