I’m an open book to those who choose to turn the pages. Yet I have found that many don’t read past the cover. For 26 years I walked on eggshells. For 10 of those I was captive. I escaped at 24 & fell in love with the most amazing city in the world – New York. At 27 I suffered the greatest loss. And at 28 I discovered the nightmare that resulted from it. BIOGRAPHY:
The Cuban-American multi-media visual artist and licensed architect Caridad Sola - has exhibited in a variety of places, including the Lowe Art Museum in Miami, the Lower Manhattan Cultural Center, Heidi Cho Gallery in New York City, the Arts + Literature Laboratory Gallery in New Haven, CT, and was awarded the “Best of Show” designation at the “Made in NY 2006” exhibit at the Schweinfurth Memorial Art Center in Auburn, NY.
