CANADA GROOVES UNDERGROUND is a podcast where Dr. Alex (PhD, York University) brings you the finest rare and obscure gems from Canadian groove-based discography! None of the presented tracks are available on streaming platforms. Most of them come from Dr. Alex's personal vinyl collection. The purpose of this podcast is to raise awareness for the REAL Canadian groove-based music, and to connect it to contemporary Canadian R&B and hip hop.
